This policy explains what information GrantHouse collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the GrantHouse website and platform.

Account information: your name, email address, and password when you register. Business information: details you provide about your business — such as formation status, industry, revenue range, and documents — to power readiness scoring, grant matching, and application preparation. Usage information: pages visited, features used, and device data collected through standard logs. Payment information: handled by our payment processor; GrantHouse never stores full card numbers.
2. How we use it
We use your information to operate the service, personalise grant matches and readiness guidance, process payments, provide support, send service and marketing emails you can opt out of, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf (hosting, payments, email delivery, analytics) under contractual safeguards, when required by law, or as part of a corporate transaction with notice to you.
4. Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter we store your email address to send you funding tips and product updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from future sends.
5. Retention and security
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to staff who need it, and we review our safeguards regularly.
6. Your choices
You can access, correct, export, or delete your account information at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Where local law grants additional rights — such as under GDPR or CCPA — we honour them.
