GrantHouse

Terms & Conditions

Last updated Jul 27, 2026

These terms govern your use of the GrantHouse website and platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

1. What GrantHouse provides

GrantHouse is a software platform that helps small businesses discover grant opportunities, assess funding readiness, and prepare application materials. We aggregate grant listings from public and private sources, provide readiness assessments, and offer tools that assist with preparing applications.

2. What GrantHouse is not

GrantHouse is not a funder, lender, broker, law firm, or accounting firm. We do not award grants, guarantee funding outcomes, or submit applications on your behalf. All applications are submitted by you directly to the funder, and each funder’s own terms and eligibility rules apply. Nothing on the platform constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to circumvent access limits.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period. Usage allowances included with a plan reset each billing cycle unless stated otherwise. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

5. Grant information

Grant listings are compiled from third-party sources and reviewed before publication, but deadlines, amounts, and eligibility criteria can change without notice. Always verify details on the funder’s official page, which we link from every listing, before investing time in an application.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute the grant directory; probe or overload our systems; misrepresent your identity or eligibility; or use the platform for unlawful purposes. Content you submit must be yours to share and must not infringe the rights of others.

7. Intellectual property

The GrantHouse platform, brand, and content are owned by GrantHouse and its licensors. You keep ownership of the materials you upload; you grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service for you.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrantHouse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or missed funding opportunities, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
